עברית: מגנונים אפקטורים של תאי T ציטוטוקסיים
א. תא נגוע בנגיף מציג על מולקולת MHC סוג אחד פפטיד מן הנגיף. הפפטיד נקשר ל TCR ו CD8 המוצגים על גבי תא T ציטוטוקסי. ב. בעקבות זיהוי תא המטרה מרוכזות הגרנולות בקרבת תא המטרה ומתפוצצים בקרבתו, בנוסף מציג תא T הציטוטוקסי את החלבון FAS- ligand ג. מתוך הגרנולות משוחררים חלבונים שונים בכללם פרפורין והיוצר חורים בממברנה. דרך החורים יוצאים ונכנסים יונים שונים ונכנסים מים. בנוסף חודרים דרך החורים חלבוני גרנזים הגורמים למות תאי מבוקר- אפואטוזיס. פרט להשפעת חלבוני הגרנולות, הקולטן FAS הבא במגע עם FAS-L משרה גם הוא אפופטוזיס. התוצאה הסופית של תקיפת תא T ציטוטוקסי על תא המטרה היא של הרס ה DNA, הן הגרעיני והן הויראלי וקריעת הממבאנה. |
