English: Falsely called "canal", this is one of the arms of the river Ouanne as it splits itself in the area of Château-Renard in the Loiret departement (not to be mistaken with Châteaurenard in the Bouches-du-Rhône departement, in the south of France). This arm of the river Ouanne was used to make up part of the moat surrounding the castle of La Motte (on the other side of the casle, another arm of the same river plays the same role). The buildings on the left are extensions to the castle. The house on the right doesn't exist anymore, it has been replaced by a park.
