Summary[edit]

Description
English: MAFFT FFT-NS-2 was the fastest program for aligning all tested sequence sizes. T-Coffee was the slowest program, taking longer than Clustal W, MAFFT (FFT-NS-2 and L-INS-i), Kalign, and POA for the smallest sequence set (100 amino acids), and having the second worst average time for most sequence sizes.
