Description
English: Ecuador, 26 de abril de 2023.- En referencia a la petición expresa de la asambleísta Victoria Desintonio, atendió la consulta de la Comisión Ciudadana de Selección que ejecuta el concurso de designación de la primera autoridad de la Contraloría General del Estado, que contiene dudas puntuales para aplicar el reglamento, respecto a la calificación de los títulos profesionales de los postulantes. Además, la presidenta del CPCCS, Gina Aguilar, solicitó un informe jurídico sobre la continuidad de este proceso; se disponen las comparecencias de los integrantes del Consejo de Participación Ciudadana y Control Social: Gina Aguilar, presidenta; Teddy Tama, vicepresidente; consejeros: Carlos Figueroa; Graciela Mora, Aland Molestina, Mónica Moreira, y Nastacuaz Pascal, con la finalidad de que informen detalladamente sobre las posibles irregularidades que pesan respecto al concurso de méritos y oposición para designar a la primera autoridad de la Contraloría General del Estado.
