English: 140807-N-UN340-002 SAN DIEGO (Aug. 7, 2014) Rear Adm. David H. Lewis, right, reports to Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. Jonathan Greenert his relief of Rear Adm. Patrick H. Brady, center, as commander of Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR). SPAWAR, the Navy’s information dominance systems command, provides the tactical networks, space systems, and information technology assets and services to enable the critical command, control and coordination required by the fleet.
