Description
Français : Autel romain portant une inscription sur la face avant découvert et conservé à Rome. L'inscription est une dédicace en latin pour les dieux et les déesses et Jupiter Beellefarus par Marcus Aurelius Romanus et ses frères, Iulianus et Diophantes, equites singulares augusti. IIe siècle de notre ère. Texte latin : "Dis deabusque / Ioui Beellefaro / sacrum, pro salut(e) / T(iti) Aur(eli) Romani et / Iuliani et Diofanti / fratres, eq(uites) sing(ulares) Imp(eratoris) n(ostri), / u(otum) s(oluerunt) l(ibentes) m(erito)".
