English: A torch on the left hand side within a door-frame shines on a CD.
You can see the direct reflection of the CD on the wall and also the colorful diffraction pattern. The "rainbow" is just like a prism separating light into its wavelengths (colors). The photo does not get it all since you also see how the red/green/blue sensors in the photo see a rainbow. Neben der direkten Reflexion an der Wand sieht man das Beugungsmuster, wie bei einem Prisma wird das Licht in seine Wellenlängen (Farben) zerlegt. Mit bloßem Auge sieht es besser aus, der Foto stempelt die spektralen Empfindlichkeiten seiner Detektoren (Rot/Grün/Blau) darüber. |
