Description
English: The Royal Malaysian Navy guided-missile frigate KD Jebat (FFG 29) is followed by the littoral combat ship USS Freedom (LCS 1) and the offshore patrol vessel KD Kelantan as part of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Malaysia 2013. More than 1,200 sailors and Marines are participating in CARAT. CARAT is a series of bilateral military exercises between the U.S. Navy and the armed forces of Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Timor Leste.
