Rückseite: BYZA[N] / ΚΑΛΧΑ [I für Z]. Poseidon sitzt mit einer Schiffszier in der erhobenen r. Hand und einem Dreizack über der l. Schulter auf einem Felsen nach r. Im r. F. ein Monogramm aus ΠAP.

Kommentar: Im 3. Jh. v. Chr. geben Byzantion und Kalchedon eine Bundesprägung heraus, bekannt sind sechs Serien Kupfermünzen, auf denen das Ethnikon beider Städte genannt ist. Siehe E. Schönert-Geiss, Die Münzprägung von Byzantion I (1970) 78-80.
