Deutsch: Vorderseite: M AVP ANTΩ-ΝΙΝOC AVΓ. Drapierte Panzerbüste des Elagabalus mit Lorbeerkranz in der Brustansicht nach r. Im r. F. ein Gegenstempel mit dem Adlerwappen der Familie d'Este.

Rückseite: ΕΠΙ ΤΑΤΙΑΝΟ-V HP BV[Z]ANTIΩN [HP, NT und ΩN ligiert]. Zwei Fackeln, dazwischen ein Topf mit einem Mohnkopf zwischen zwei Ähren.

Kommentar: Auf der Vorderseite ist nachträglich ein Gegenstempel mit dem Adlerwappen der Familie d'Este aufgebracht worden, welcher zur Kennzeichnung der im 17. Jh. zerstreuten Sammlung dieser Familie in Mantua benutzt wurde. - In der Rückseitenaufschrift wird der Beamte Aurelius Tatianos mit dem Zusatz Heros genannt, der auf Münzen von Elagabalus in Erscheinung tritt.
