1901 photo showing Plymouth Congregational Church just south of University House.

Contrary to the University of Washington Libraries' description, Plymouth Congregational Church is not visible in this picture, though it was right next door, as can be seen in File:University House building, Seattle (CURTIS 1698).jpeg from 1901.

The buildings shown here were torn down c. 1904 to build the Post Office and Federal Building. The Plummer Block, a bit of which can be seen at left, was moved to the corner of southwest corner of Third & Pine, where it became the Hotel Federal.
