Shqip: Për të përgatitur burani duhet oriz dhe disa lloje lakrash ose spinaq. Fillimisht ziejmë lakrat ose spinaqin me shumë vaj. Më pas pasi mbaron zierja e lakrave ose spinaqit i hedhim në një tenxhere tjetër. Në këtë tenxhere duhet të shtoni edhe oriz. I lëmë përsëri që të ziejnë për 15-20 minuta, duke i trazuar së bashku. |
