Description
English: Bunta Daiva Dhoomavati holds significant reverence as the guardian deity of villages, particularly among the Bunt community in certain guthus (lineages). Believed to be the kuladevata (family deity) for some Bunt families, worship of Bunta Daiva Dhoomavati is carried out with utmost sincerity and devotion. The deity is entrusted with protecting the village and its inhabitants, and worshipers believe that through pure-hearted devotion, they receive blessings and guidance for their well-being and prosperity. This reflects the strong cultural and spiritual traditions within the Bunt community and their deep connection to their ancestral beliefs and practices.
