For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Zentralbild-Reiche-8.10.70-ku-Bez. Frankfurt-O.: Im Petrolchemischen Kombinat Schwedt gelang es dem Kollektiv der Rohöldestillation III durch verbesserte Arbeitsorganisation und Einbeziehung aller Anlagenfahrer in das Wettbewerbsgeschehen bei der Generalreparatur vier Tage einzusparen. Die Rohöldestillation stellt als erste Verarbeitungsstufe das Herz des Schwedter Chemiegiganten dar. Von der Arbeit dieser Stufe hängt es ab, mit welchen Kosten und in welcher Menge Plaste und Benzine der DDR zur Verfügung stehen. (Bitte beachten Sie hierzu auch unser Foto J1008-16-1N)
