For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Wismar, Mathias-Thesen-Werft, Trockendock Zentralbild Sindermann 6.8.1970 -Rostock: Wismarer Schiffbauer känpfen um Plantreue-Ein weiteres Fischereifahrzeug vom Typ Kaspi entsteht auf der Helling der Mathias-Thesen-Werft in Wismar. Hohes Verantwortungsbewußtsein beweisen die rund 7000 Beschäftigten der Wismarer Großwerft im Kampf um die allseitige Erfüllung des Jahresplanes und den Exportverpflichtungen gegenüber dem sowjetischen Auftraggeber. Wöchentlich werden die Werktätigen über den Stand der Planerfüllung informiert. Die Wismarer Schiffbauer haben sich umfangreiche Rationalisierungsaufgaben gestellt, die bei laufender Produktion durchgeführt werden sollen.
