LPG Landwüst, Kartoffelernte Zentralbild Gahlbekck 2.10.1963 LPG Landwüst(Typ1) bestimmt das Leben im Dorf Zu den LPG vom Typ 1, die sich kontinuierlich entwickelt haben, gehört die Genossenschaft "Frohe Zukunft" in Landwüst, Kreis Klingenthal. Die rund 400 Hektar große LPG entwickelt systematisch eine moderne Ackerwirtschaft Die früher in über 130 Einzelschlägen zersplitterte Feldmark wird bis 1970 zu 46 Schlägen mit einer wissenschaftliche Fruchtfolge zusammengefaßt. Bereits jetzt sind es nur noch 87 Schläge. Während 1960 28dt Getreide, 190 dt Kartoffeln und 300 dt Feldfutter je Hektar geerntet wurden, stiegen die Erträge 1962 auf 33 dt Feldfutter. Ebenso planmäßig erfolgt der Aufbau der genossenschaftlichen Viehbestände. Es werden bereits 63 Rinder sowie 230 Schweine davon 34 Zuchtsauen und 2 Zuchteber genossenschaftlich gehalten. UBz: Durch gute genossenschaftliche Arbeit schafft die LPG die Kartoffelernte mit ihren eigenen Mitgliedern, die nur durch örtliche Helfer unterstützt werden. Im Vordergrund der Feldbauspezialist Albrecht Piesendel, der zu den hervorragenden Genossenschaftsbauern gehört.
