For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Zentralbild-Stöhr Stö-AT. 26.2.1962 Lohnkosten für sechs Erdöltanks werden gespart. Die Lohnkosten für sechs Erdöltanks werden die Schlosser und Schweißer des VEB Gaselan Fürstenwalde, die auf der Großbaustelle Erdölverarbeitungwerk Schwedt-Oder arbeiten, einsparen. Durch die Anwendung einer Reihe neuer Maßnahmen, die zum Teil auf Verbesserungsvorschlägen beruhen, wollen sie die Lohnkosten für einen Tank von 26700 DM im Januar 1961 auf 16250 DM in diesem Jahr senken. Das ist eine Lohnrückgabe von rund 40 Prozent. Ausgangspunkt ihrer neuen Verpflichtung war die Initiative der Installateurbrigade Porstmann aus Karl-Marx-Stadt, über die sie mit der Baustellenleitung berieten. UBz.: Blick auf die Tankanlage
