For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Zentralbild-Stöhr-Me-Noa-25.6.1960 Babelsberger Lokbauer sparten 55 Tonnen Bleche ein.55 Tonnen Blech im Werte von rund 22000 DM konnten in den vergangenen Monaten im Karl-Marx-Werk in Potsdam-Babelsberg eingespart werden.Die Arbeiter der Abteilung Brennerei hatten den Ausnutzungsgrad beim Schneiden von großen Blechtafeln erhöht und dadurch den Schrottanteil gesenkt. So wurden Aufträge zum Brennen größerer Blechstücke mit dem Auftrag von Kleinteilen gekoppelt.Nach dem Bekanntwerden des ZK-Briefes über die ökonumische Verwendung von Rohstoffen in der Volkswirtschaft,die sich verpflichtete , bis Ende Juli 1960 weitere 20.to.Bleche einzusparen. Die Babelsberger Lokbauer haten auch im Monat Mai 1960 den Plan mit 101,3% erfüllt. Ubz. Ohne Fleiß kein Preis. Prämienauszahlung bei der Brennerbrigade für eingesparte Material durch Meister Leonhard (links).
