Zentralbild, HB, 3.10.1959, Vier Monate Gefängnis für Gerhard Flöter Zu vier Monaten Gefängnis mit dreijähriger Bewährungsfrist ist der 37jährige Tischlermeister Gerhard Flöter aus Zechau im Kreis Altenburg, Ortsgruppenvorsitzender der LDPG, am 2.10.1959 von der 4. Strafkammer des Lüneburger Landgerichts verurteilt worden. Aus der Absicht des DDR-Bürgers, anlässlich seines Besuches in Westdeutschland Gespräche mit Berufskollegen über Frieden und Wiedervereinigung zu führen und sie zur Leibziger Messe einzuladen, konstruierte das Gericht "Staatsgefährdenden Nachrichtendienst". UBz: Gerhard Flöter (rechts) mit Rechtsanwalt Dr. Kaul im Gerichtssaal.
