Als ehemalige Fäberin der Erfurter Konfektionsbetriebe konnte sich sich zur Technologin des Betriebes qualifizieren. Sie ist 2fache Aktivistin und Mitglied des technischen Rates des Betriebes. Die 47-jährige Facharbeiterin gehört der SED an, sie ist Mitglied der Stadtleitung. Duch maßgebliche Verbesserungs und Rationalisierungs-Vorschläge hat sie das Vertrauen ihrer Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Betrieb gewonnen. UBz. Rosa Eckart (links) bespricht mit der Bekleidungsingenieurin Helga Schapitz die rationelle Arbeitsfolge an Hand eines Wustermantels für die Bandarbeit.
