For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme. Zentralbild-Sturm-Krueger We-Qu 17.10.1958 Zur Vorbereitung der Wahl: Durch Wettbewerb und Seifert-Methode zu hohen Produktionsleistungen. Die Kalender-Besatzungen aus dem Werk Zscherndorf des VEB Elektrochemisches Kombinat Bitterfeld stehen im Wettbewerb mit dem Ziel, im IV. Quartal die höchste Produktionsleistung des Jahres zu erreichen. In diesem Betriebsteil wird Kombona-FuÃbodenbelag hergestellt. Durch die Einführung der Seifert-Methode und der damit verbundenen Festsetzung technisch begründeter Arbeitsnormen konnte bereits eine Mehrleistung von 33 qm pro Schicht und Kalender erreicht werden. Die Ausnutzung der modernen Technik und die verbesserte Arbeitsorganisation schufen dabei die Gewähr, dass keine Lohnminderung oder Arbeitserschwernis eintritt. Als Verpflichtung zu den bevorstehenden Volkswahlen wollen die Kollegen im sozialistischen Wettbewerb von Schicht zu Schicht die erhöhte Produktionsleistung von etwa 650 qm pro Kalender regelmäÃig einhalten. UBz. Arbeit an einem Dublier-Kalender. Durch die Verbindung des Unterbelags mit einer Folie wird hier der FuÃbodenbelag in verschiedenen Stärken und Musterungen gefertigt. |
