Zentralbild Zühlsdorf 10.10.1958 Konkretes Angebot der DDR zur Linderung der Krisen-Notlage der westdeutschen Werktätigen.

Stark beachtete konkrete Vorschläge zu dem Angebot Walter Ulbrichts auf dem III. Kongreß der Nationalen Front an Westdeutschland über die zusätzliche Abnahme an Holzmaterial und vier Millionen Tonnen Steinkohle, unterbreitete der Stellvertreter des Vorsitzenden des Ministerrates der DDR und Minister für Aussenhandel und Innerdeutschen Handel, Heinrich Rau, am 10.10.1958 in Berlin. Vor zahlreichen Journalisten aus dem Ausland, aus Westdeutschland und der DDR erklärte er auf einer Pressekonferenz, des Presseamtes beim Ministerpräsidenten die Bereitschaft der Regierung der DDR, darüber ein Sonderabkommen abzuschließen.
