Description

LPG Nestlin-Ruest, Getreideernte

ZB-Sturm-24.8.1955 Zum 10. Jahrestag der demokratischen Bodenreform. Das neue Gesicht des Dorfes Mestin. Seitdem durch die Durchführung der dermokratischen Bodenreform 3 298 082 ha Land von abermals 7160 Junkern und Grossagrariern zu Landarme Bauern, Landarbeiter und Umsiedler verteilt wurden, hat sich das Leben der Landbevölkerung in der Deutschen Demokratischen Republik immer reicher und glücklicher gestaltet. Auch in Mestlin (Kreis Parchim), einem alten und kleinburgischen Dorf, ist der Wohlstand eingezogen und der Bergermeyer, ehemaliger Besitzer des Westliner Gutes, würde das Dorf und seine "Tagelöhner" nicht wieder erkennen. Mestlin wurde zu einem grossen Bauplatz. Neben dem ehemaligen Katen entstanden moderne zweistöckige Wohnungen, neben den baufälligen Scheunen ein Landschulstorium und ein Kulturhaus. Die Mütter geben ihre Kinder in den herrlichen Kindergarten und die Kinderkrippe. Das Vieh der Genossenschaftsbauern ist in modernen Stallungen untergebracht und die MTS Mestlin ersetzt mit ihren modernen Maschinen wertvolle Menschenkraft. UBz: Eine Mähbrigade der MTS Mestlin un der MTS Severin beim Einsatz mit fünf Mähbindern auf einem 70 ha grossen Roggenfeld der LPG "Neues Leben" in Mestlin-Ruest.
