Im Kultursaal des VEB EAW "J.W. Stalin" in Berlin-Treptow wird über mehrere Tage der III. Kongress des Verbandes Bildender Künstler durchgeführt. An dem Kongress nehmen die Delegierten aus den Bezirken der DDR und Berlins, Gastdelegierte und namhafte Künstler aus Westdeutschland teil.
