For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.  Rügen, Oldtimer-Rallye
ADN-Sindermann-24.6.89 Bez. Rostock: Die erste Fernfahrt historischer Kraftfahrzeuge endete in Gingst auf der Insel Rügen. Sabine Frömsdorf aus Löbau fuhr ihren BMW AM 4 Sp. Baujahr 1931 ins Ziel. Insgesamt waren am 21.6.89 in Zittau 97 Motorräder, Personenkraftwagen und Feuerwehren der unterschiedlichsten Klassen und Baujahre gestartet. 95 erreichten das 600 km entfernte Ziel ohne Schaden. |
