Perfect curat acest produs se prezintă cristalizat în acişuare incolore fusibile la 2290. 0,2148 gr. de subst. au dat 15 ce. de N la 180 şi 751 mm. Găsit Calculat pentru Cnllr,0,\» : CILCJI/OGH^. NTTs^ 7,73." El este insolubil în alcool, eter, acetonă şi în apă. Se dizolvă uşor în acid acetic glacial la cald şi prin diluare cu apă, după răcire, se depune nealterat.
