Description
Bahasa Indonesia: “Tatung” merupakan sebuah istilah yang terkenal di kota Singkawang dan sekitarnya. Istilah Tatung ini dipergunakan untuk merujuk kepada orang yang tubuhnya dijadikan media untuk dirasuki oleh Dewa-Dewi, atau roh-roh leluhur yang mereka percayai. Dalam foto ini tergambar sebuah proses pemanggilan roh para leluhur yang di lakukan oleh tatung di sebuah Vihara Di Kota Singkawang dimana telah terlihat sang tatung sudah di rasuki oleh roh roh yang di panggil, hal ini diperlihatkan dengan kebalnya sang tatung dari senjata tajam yang dia injak namun dalam foto ini tertangkap suatu moment dimana terlihat dua orang tatung yang sudah dirasuki tersebut saling berbagi segelas air mineral. Hal ini menunjukan di balik keragaman budaya yang di miliki Indonesia dan dalam kondisi apapun seseorang, budaya saling berbagi masih ada dan tetap di pertahankan di Indonesia.
