English: I took another photo on Sunday 3 April 2016 to show the broken and loose paving more clearly without anyone standing on it.
This is an intermittent problem which I've noticed and reported at different times since 2012. This was brought to our attention by Haringey Council as we are responsible for the maintenance of all red routes in London. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. I’ve sent your report to our highways maintenance engineers and asked them to investigate. They will attend and arrange for the paving slabs to be repaired as soon as possible. Thanks again for contacting us. If there is anything else we can help you with, please reply to this email.
