English: Bridge over the Severn at Upton upon Severn. Built by Worcester County Council and opened in 1940 this cantilever bridge has a 200ft span and replaced an earlier bridge just down river from this site. At the time of this photograph the river Severn was running higher than usual after heavy rain. For plaque the bridge see:307670 |
