Description
English: A hand-coloured copper engraving showing the town of Avignon by Georg Braun and Franz Hogenberg published as plate 13 in Civitates orbis terrarum Volume 2. In French sources this map is sometimes referred to as "aux personnages" because of the two figures depicted at the lower left.
