Description
English: Portuguese and Dutchmen are themselves hostile to the Gold Coast. Fortress Nassau (Mouri) was from 1612 to the local main base of the Dutchman. Yet, there is a peaceful trading takes place with the locals in addition to military actions. Off the coast there will be sea battles between Portugal and Holland ships.
Deutsch: Portugiesen und Holländer stehen sich auf der Goldküste feindselig gegenüber. Festung Nassau (Mouri) war ab 1612 der hiesige Hauptstützpunkt der Holländer. Daneben findet aber auch friedlicher Handel mit den Einheimischen statt neben kriegerischen Handlungen. Vor der Küste kommt es zu Seegefechten zwischen portugiesischen und holländischen Schiffen.
