Summary[edit]

Description
English: Brass Founders' Pillar, featuring the biblical character, Tubal-Cain, the legendary founder of brass and iron making skills. This monument was commissioned for the 1886 Edinburgh International Exhibition by the Edinburgh and Leith Brass Founders. It now stands on Nicolson Square, Edinburgh.
Nederlands: Brass Founders' Pillar, met de Bijbelse figuur Tubal-Kaïn, de grondlegger van koper- en ijzerbewerking. Het monument was besteld door de kopersmeden van Edinburgh en Leith voor de Internationale Tentoonstelling die in 1886 in Edinburgh plaats had. Het monument staat nu op Nicolson Square.
