| Description |
English: Bracken Infestation on Mynydd Pen-Rhiw. Apart from the green lanes which are used by farm vehicles, the middle slopes of the foothills bordering on the Dysynni valley are infested with bracken and are of little agricultural value. The valley floor beyond is reasonably fertile and in a number of fields hay was being harvested. The clump of trees (centre) surrounds the ruined Castell-y-Bere. |
