Français : Note : les surtaxes aériennes comportent 1F/5g pour le trajet Hà-Nôi - Sài-Gòn en plus du 10F/5g du trajet Sài-Gòn-Paris à partir du 12 juin 1946 (date de création de la Direction (civile) des Postes et Transmissions de l'Indochine). Il semble que cette surtaxe aérienne intérieure ait été supprimée rapidement.

L'annexe civile sera fermée en novembre car jugé attentatoire à la souveraineté du gouvernement de la VNDCCH. Le bureau militaire servira, alors, à nouveau pour le courrier civil et utilisera théoriquement à nouveau le cachet «B.P.M. 403 / ❖  » néanmoins on trouve encore le cachet "B.P.M / ❖403.X.-Y ❖" le 16/12/46.

BPM 403 XY décembre 1946 Lettre par avion pour Paris affranchie à 16F (LSFC : 3F + surtaxe aérienne 10F/5g + 3F ?) oblitérée de l'annexe civile "B.P.M. / ❖ 403-X.Y. ❖ " 16/12/46 deux semaines après la fermeture théorique du bureau.

L'annexe civile sera ré-ouverte au début 1947 jusqu'à l'ouverture des Postes Civiles de l'Indochine. Les lettres recevront alors le cachet "BPM / ❖403-X.-Y.❖" ou plus rarement le cachet "B.P.M. 403 / ❖".
