Description
English: Fort Collins, Colorado streetcar 21, a 1919 Birney-type streetcar, leaving the City Park terminus of the heritage trolley line that opened in December 1984. Car 21 was built by the American Car Company, a subsidiary (after 1902) of the J. G. Brill Company.
