Description
English: Hand-colored matte photo postcard of the grounds at Birchwood Knole, Tenafly, New Jersey. This is a manor built in the 1870s and demolished in the 1920s. The front reads "Pub. by G. M. Coyte, Tenafly, N. J." The back is divided and reads "United Art Publishing Co., New York City (Printed in Germany)" It bears a cancelled one-cent stamp of George Washington. The postmark does not have a year.
