Description
Deutsch: Das ehemalige Kaiserliche Patentamt bzw. Reichspatentamt in der Gitschiner Straße 97-103, Ecke Alexandrinenstraße (rechts), in Berlin-Kreuzberg, heute Sitz der Berliner Außenstellen des Deutschen Patent- und Markenamts und des Europäischen Patentamts. Der große Komplex mit einer weiteren Fassade an der Alten Jakobstraße wurde 1903-1905 von den Architekten Solf und Wichards erbaut. Er ist als Baudenkmal gelistet.
English: The former Imperial Patent Office or Reich Patent Office at Gitschiner Straße No. 97-103, corner of Alexandrinenstraße (on the right), in Berlin -Kreuzberg, now seat of the Berlin branches of the German Patent and Trade Mark Office and of the European Patent Office. The large complex, which has another facade on Alte Jakobstraße, was built from 1903 to 1905 to a design by the architects Solf and Wichards. It has been designated as a cultural heritage monument.
