Amethod also had to be worked out tomake regular quality appraisals of thetraining being given. An intensive after-hour programwas continued for the entire period ofinterdepartmental training, and eventhough it required long hours andhard work on the part of the Turks,as well as those administering the pro-gram, it contributed greatly to theability of the administrators to an-alyze and adjust the subsequent train-ing program.
