Soberano Congreso de la Nación de las Provincias Unidas de Sudamérica Soberano Señor

Quedan en mi poder las Actas de la Independencia vertidas al idioma Aymará que con fecha 27 del corriente se ha dignado dirigirme Vuestra Soberanía a efecto de su remisión al interior. Repose Vuestra Soberanía, seguro que no perderé oportunidad de verificarla, por la importancia del interés que excita a su generalización.

Dios guarde a Vuestra Soberanía muchos años. Tucumán, Septiembre 28 de 1816.
