Description
Deutsch: Der Lahnwanderweg (und einige andere Wanderwege in Hessen) beginnt bzw endet oberhalb des Portals an der Westfassade der Elisabethkirche in der Universitässtadt Marburg. Der Wanderweg steigt hier über eine Treppe (genannt Friedrich-Siebert-Weg) von der E-Kirche bis fast hinauf zum innenstadtnahen Hügel zur Augustenruhe hoch, vorbei am Friedhof Michelchen (Kapelle St. Michael) und weiter nach Norden auf einem Höhenweg oberhalb des Lahntals in Marburg.
English: The hiking trail Lahnwanderweg (and some other) begins in the West of Elisabeth church in Marburg (stairs Friedrich-Siebert-Weg) and goes up to the hilltop Augustenruhe, above the chapel St. Michael) and the valley of river Lahn in Marburg, North of the old town.
