Description
English: The chemical plant at Bautzener Straße 40 was in operation from 1907 to 1993 and a producer of for example paint. Given that environmental concerns were not a priority back then, the property and soil are contaminated with elements such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, petroleum-derived hydrocarbons and phenol. Shown here is the storehouse.
