Description

Details of the once main entrance of the Lucy Montoro Rehabilitation Hospital.

The state government started to restore the outer side of the complex a few years ago, but judging by what I saw, it seems to be now an abandoned construction site like many other government projects.

I just hope they restart the job before it's too late...
