Apparently in Anigua, Hagåtña, Guam. Sign in related image states teams are "Navy" and "Aviation," which suggests that a team is made of up of members from Marine Scouting Squadron 1, which had an amphibious plane base on Guam from 1921 to 1931. The only Naval Governor of Guam named "Bradley" was Willis W. Bradley, who governed from 1929 to 1931.
