Description
Bahasa Indonesia: Warga Baduy menyimpan gabah hasil panen padi huma di dalam lumbung untuk persediaan karena mereka menganggap tabu jika melakukan jual beli beras atau gabah. Lumbung dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, satu kelompok di sebelah Timur, satu kelompok lainnya di seberang sungai atau arah Utara. Tempat menumbuk padi berada di bagian Utara atau tepi sungai.
English: Baduy residents store the grain from the huma rice harvest in the barn for supplies because they consider it taboo to buy and sell rice or unhulled rice. The barns are divided into two groups, one group in the east, another group across the river or towards the North. The place for pounding rice is in the north or on the river bank.
