English: Bangor High Street. The High Street seen from the railway bridge, with the Plaza cinema on the right. This was renowned for, amongst other things, having double seats for courting couples sprinkled throughout the auditorium. Also films could sometimes be disrupted by the passage of trains as they entered the adjacent tunnel. |
