Description
English: Front design is composed of border of roses, rose-red with off-white high- lights. Bottom of design represents garden from which roses grow. The fieldis blue. Center design- Field is in distemper paints. Dark green in design on reverse side is same as sides of 1913-12-7 and half of cover 1913-45-6. Scene depicts a circular pavillion in partial ruins with broken columns beside it. A boy is fishing in a nearby pool. The setting is a park. The rose design is same as half of cover 1913-45-6.
