Mittelbild: Himmelfahrt Christi; links: hl. Aegidius, rechts: hl. Severus, Bischof von Ravenna.

Rechter Flügel: Dargestellt ist ein heiliger Severus von Ravenna, dem ein Nagel in den Kopf geschlagen wurde, jedoch nicht der Bischof Severus von Ravenna, der nicht das Martyrium erlitt. Mit welchem der ungefähr 50 Heiligen dieses Namens er verwechselt wurde, ist unklar. Johann Evangelist Stadler/Johann Nepomuk Ginal (Vollständiges Heiligen-Lexikon, Band 5, 1882, „Severus 42“) sprechen von Severus, Bischof von Barcelona, Rudolf Pfleiderer (Die Attribute der Heiligen, 1898, S. 118) dagegen von Severus von Rom.
