Bahasa Indonesia: 2 orang praktikan yang sedang melakukan praktikum bakteriologi yaitu mewarnai bakteri gram negatif. Satu orang memegang ose untuk melakukan tindakan aseptik, satu orang yang lain sedang memegang kultur bakteri dan kaca preparat. Teknik aseptik diperlukan agar tidak terkena kontaminan benda asing. English: 2 practitioners who are doing bacteriology practice, whom staining gram-negative bacteria. One person is holding the tube to carry out aseptic procedures, the other person is holding the bacterial culture and the preparation glass. Aseptic technique is needed to avoid exposure to foreign body contaminants |
