Description
English: Baba au Rhum (Rum Infused Tea-Cake with sugar-glaced fruit salad. Part of the Menu from the film Babette's Feast, based upon the story by Karen Blixen (Isak Dinesen). The menu in the film is created by Danish masterchef Jan Pedersen, from restaurant Everdamskroen who has also created the menu on the photo based on the same recipe.)
Dansk: Baba au Rhum (Lille formkage dyppet i rom med creme med chololade og sukkerglaceret frugtsalat. Ret fra filmen Babettes gæstebud, baseret på Karen Blixens (Isak Dinesens) roman Babettes gæstebud. Menuen er beskrevet i romanen, men ikke opskrifterne, som den danske mesterkok Jan Pedersen, Elverdamskroen kreerede i forbindelse med filmoptagelserne. Det er også Jan Pedersen, der har lavet retten på billedet efter samme opskrift, som blev anvendt ved optagelsen af filmen.)
