Français : ma vision des différents A/R des principaux personnages : une nouvelle ligne de temps (ou "réalité") n'est créée que si un changement notoire intervient dans le passé (ex : Einstein ne modifie rien donc revient dans la réalité de départ). Ligne 0 : situation de départ avec le père de Marty sous-fifre de Biff, son frère ayant un petit boulot et sa mère ayant un penchant pour l'alcool. Ligne 1 : situation à la fin du premier film avec le père de Marty écrivain, Biff détaillant automobile, et le frère de Marty ayant un bon poste. Ligne 2 : le 1985 alternatif après l'utilisation de l'almanach par le jeune Biff devenu riche et puissant dans un Hill Valley dystopique. Ligne 3 : situation comparable à la ligne 1 avec le ravin Clayton ayant changé de nom, et Marty refusant de faire la course avec Needles il met en place un futur alternatif (qu'on ne verra jamais) dans lequel il n'est pas employé de bureau raté mais probablement musicien reconnu.
